Heartland Camps 2025 

When:

June 9 - 13 - High School Camp (9th Grade - 12th Grade)

June 16 - 20 - Middle School Camp (5th Grade - 8th Grade)

June  23 - 27 - Elementary Camp (K - 4th Grade) 

Where: 

Heartland Retreat Center located at 4910 S Anderson Rd Oklahoma City, OK 73150

Cost:

The Cost for all camps is $150.00 if registered by May 15, 2025.  Registration cost after May 15th is $175.00.  The registration fee includes a t-shirt; however, registrations after May 15th are not guaranteed the requested sizes.  The Heartland Camp Registration Form 2025  may be downloaded or you may register online.  

Registration Information:

• A $50.00 nonrefundable and nontransferable deposit is due at registration with balance due at check-in
• Registration forms can be or ouris also available.

Staff:  

We so appreciate our volunteers and value the time each one gives.  Deadline for staff applications is May 10, 2025.  Staff applications are carefully screened as we do our due deligence to provide a safe camp experience for everyone.  Camp staff positions will be decided by June 1st and applicants will be notified by either email, text, or call of their positions as well as when they need to report.  Applications for staff positions may be downloaded or completed and submitted online.
