Jr Fine Arts Entrants must be 8 years old and no older than 12 years old on January 1 of the participating year.  Teen Fine Arts Entrants must be 13 years old and no older than 19 years old on January 1 of the particpating year.

Our 2026 Heartland Conference Fine Arts Ministry Day will be on Saturday April 18, 2026 with check-in and sound checks beginning at 9:00 am. 
  pdf Registrations (155 KB) are due by April 1, 2026.  The fee is $25.00 per registrant regardless of how many categories are entered.  For group entries please make sure to include the pdf Group Registration Form (82 KB) . Each entrant will need to complete a  pdf 2026 Fine Arts Liability Waiver (169 KB) as well.  

Mission:  To release a generation of youth for global ministry.  We embrace the mulit-cultural dynamics of the IPHC and welcome and seek to be inclusive of the diversity that embodies the church that God is building.  

Vision:  To mobilize a generation in discovering, developing, and depolying their ministry gifts/talents in fine arts through the local church, conference, and denomination.  To inspire a generation to minister in the spirit of excellence.  To impart the Christian values of humility, modesty, grace, and dignity.  To equip a generation to be confident in their gifts, submitted to Lordship of Jesus Christ, and committed to the fulfillment of the Great Commission.
