The derby for 2020 will be  February 22nd at the Heartlad Retreat Center located at 4910 S Anderson Rd Oklahoma City, OK. EVERYONE  is invited to enter.  
All racers need to be ready for car check at 9:00 am - only minor tweaking will be allowed on race day PLEASE DO NOT come expecting to build your car that day!!  We will begin racing as soon as all cars are checked in.  
 
Pinewood Derby is such a fun day and we want everyone to come particpate!!  Car kits are available from LifeSprings Resoures.  If you do not have an account with LifeSprings Resources, we do have some kits available for purchase at the Heartland Conference office.  For more information email This email address is being protected from spambots. The charge to enter the competition is $5.00 per racer and no pre-registration is required.

 Check in for all camps will be at 2:00 pm and check out will be at Noon.  

One Week Camp 

                  When:  June 10-14, 2019

                  Who:  Grades 6 - 12

                  How Much:  Earlybird is $135.00 and Regular Registration is $165.00    

 

Kid's Camp 

            When:  June 18-21, 2019

            Who:  Students 7 - 9 years of age

            How Much:  Earlybird is $110 and Regular Registration is $140.00

 

Jr Camp 

           When:  June 24-28, 2019

           Who:  Students 10 - 12 years of age

           How Much:  Earlybird is $135.00 and Regular Registration is $165.00
