Overview
We’re working hard to make Summit 2019 a high-impact event that will bless the ministers, leaders, churches and members of the Heartland Conference. This year’s Summit features great speakers, awesome worship, fellowship with new and old friends, and activities for the whole family. All this is to help you seek God for a fresh touch in your life and ministry!
We are adding a couple of things to this year’s Summit. There will be childcare ministry in the morning sessions as well as the evening sessions. In addition, we have planned some optional offsite afternoon activities for family-friendly fellowship: bowling and Topgolf.
Those who have never attended or not attended for some time might not know that we have free breakfasts and lunch for everyone, as well as a low-cost snack bar after the evening services. We have inexpensive dorm rooms and cabins available for those traveling from outside the Oklahoma City area.
If you prefer to stay in a more upscale room than our dorms, we have negotiated a special rate of $85/night at the Sheraton Midwest City Hotel (the only 3-star hotel in Midwest City). Make your reservation here: Sheraton Midwest City Hotel.
It’s going to be great! Will you be here?
