We have learned of the homegoing of Rev. Jerry Slabaugh, one of our Heartland Conference ordained ministers. Please join us in praying for Joyce and the family during this time.
Jerry Phillip Slabaugh, 87, passed away March 25, 2017. He was born to James and Verbal Davis Slabaugh in Goodwater, Oklahoma.
He enjoyed fishing, hunting, loved to read the Bible and especially loved children.
Jerry is survived by his wife Joyce Hudgins Slabaugh, two sons; Steven and wife Lesley Slabaugh, Jerry and wife Sharon Slabaugh, one brother; Jimmy and wife Sissy Slabaugh, three sisters, Marcie, Lila Turner, Gwen Blish, six grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, two great-great-granchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, one sister, and one grandchild.

Carl Brewer, faithful husband of Pastor Pat Brewer, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, February 25, 2017 at about 8:00 pm. He had battled ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease) for over 19 years. Through it all, he kept his joy and always had a smile on his face. Please join us as we pray for Sis. Pat and the family. Bro. Carl has been a steadfast rock in her ministry!
We do not have any obituary information at this time, but want to share with you the service details. There is no family visitation scheduled. Viewing will be available at Huber-Benson Funeral Home in El Reno the morning of February 28.
Funeral service will be Tuesday, February 28, 2:30 pm at Fresh Anointing PH Church, 1300 W. Watts, El Reno.
We received word of the passing of Rev. Ralph Davis. He pastored many of our churches over the years and is a former Superintendent and Secretary/Treasurer of the West Oklahoma Conference. We celebrate this mighty man of God and pray for Sis. LaVeta and his family at this time!
Services are under the direction of the McRay Funeral Home in Chickasha.
